I am writing to congratulate you on perfecting what I have come to believe is the best Espresso Blend avaliable. I am amazed that after trying all the big name roasters and most of those roasters specializing in Espresso Blends and selling beans online. I would find that the Micro Roaster with the best price would be the one that has not only the taste I have been looking for but I am able to consistently pull the elusive "Perfect Shot" complete with the "coda de tigre". The tigers tail in the creama is a sign that you have hit the mark. It is amazing the difference in taste this shot has from the shots you get at most every coffee house around.

I have been pursuing this ability to pull these shots for quite some time. I work as a Maccinesti around the Southern California area repairing and tuning espresso machines. I am forever speaking of the quality of your custom blended and roasted beans to my customers. I look forward to the next time I am able to come by and learn more from you about the art (and it truly is an art) of taking green beans from all over the world and blending, then roasting them to make "The best Espresso blend around"!!!
